You will hear back from one of the team members within approximately 2 to 48 hours time after we receive the above information. Please be sure to send everything listed above as soon as possible so that your project can be completed in a timely manner. Without the above elements, we cannot begin work on our end.

Once you have sent the necessary editable ebook file to us, we will begin the PDF Conversion process. When we have completed your conversion, we will email you the finished PDF file, which should reach you within 2 to 24 hours depending on how many clients are being serviced at the moment.

Once PDF Conversion is completed, we will then send you file directly to your email address you provided in your initial communication/response email. This will either come to you as an email attachment or a direct download link placed on our secure server, dependent upon how large the completed file size is. After delivering your PDF file, we will completely delete all your ebook files from our company computer(s). We do not hold on to your files after work is finished and delivered successfully.

Please be sure to send everything listed above as soon as possible so that your project can be completed in a timely manner. Without the above elements, we cannot begin work on our end.

Once you have sent all necessary design specification information to us, we will begin our design process. When we have a layout sample ready for you to review, which should reach you within 72 to 94 hours depending on how many clients are being serviced at the moment, someone from our design team will send you a sample .JPEG file made from your eCover layout design for you to review.

When you are satisfied with the design layout, and you send a response email informing us that you are happy, we will then send you all files directly to your email address you provided in your initial communication/response email. This will either come to you as an email attachment or a direct download link placed on our secure server, dependent upon how large the completed file size is.
