General Terms
By purchasing any services provided by ProEbookFormatting.com you are agreeing to our terms of service outlined here. It is recommended that if you have any questions not addressed anywhere else upon the ProEbookFormatting.com website, you send a direct email to us with those questions before purchasing any services offered.
All terms set forth herein are subject to change at the request of the site owner and without written notice.
When you order any of our ebook formatting services, you will want to be sure that you send us your COMPLETED or “FINAL” draft of your editable ebook content. Failure to do so could affect the turnaround time initially quoted to you and make it substantially longer to receive your draft for review.
A team member will send you a sample PDF file referred to by us as a “rough draft” to review via email to the address that you provide us with. From here, you will be responsible for reviewing the layout design and sending back any changes you would like made within the 2 revision limit set forth. Then, you must send us your revision request(s) so that we may complete all changes in a timely manner.
Once you are satisfied with your design layout per the “rough draft” PDF sample sent to you, send a reply back stating so. We will then send you all corresponding files for your completed design via email.
This process is the same when ordering any of our ecover design services. The only difference is that the “rough draft” that will be sent to you would be in a smaller .jpg ( .jpeg ) format. Once ecover design is completed, you will receive the fully editable Photoshop .psd file.
ProEbookFormatting.com handles the formatting and design layout aspects of your ebook only. We do not offer any proofreading or editing as part of our services.
Royalty Free Images
All images supplied by ProEbookFormatting.com are purchased by us through BigStockPhoto.com as part of your design service purchase, and are “royalty-free” stock photos/images. You can see BigStockPhoto.com’s image terms per their licensing agreement direclty from Here for more information.
Privacy
We have a strict client content confidentiality policy that we follow. Under no circumstances to we share, rent, or otherwise make available any of your private ebook content to any person, persons, or third parties that do not work for ProEbookFormatting.com. When you send us your content, it is safe with us. We only keep a copy of your editable ebook until the service project is completed.
Once a project is completed, any and all private content you have sent to us will be completely removed and deleted from our company computers. The only record of your service project that is obtained is the receipt from your purchase for company tax purposes.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the services provided by ProEbookFormatting.com, we cannot offer any type of refund for clients that purchase said services.
Our team members will work closely with you on your project to be certain that you are satisfied. Furthermore, each team member will be pleasant and courteous to every client.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of our services purchased, you have the right to stop using ProEbookFormatting.com as your ebook layout or ecover design service provider. You will still receive all the work completed as requested for payment(s) you have supplied per our agreement.
Print Formatting
ProEbookFormatting.com does not provide printing services at this time. We provide ebook formatting layout design services for electronic books, or “ebooks”. Nor will we design your ebook projects for print. Our design services are for computer based viewing only.
