What To Do Next. . . .


To ensure that your Ecover project details are received in a timely manner and we can begin work, please send a direct email message to us at : and one of our team members will be sure to get right back to you as soon as possible.


You MUST Send the Following Information in Your Response Email:

  • Your Contact Email Address:
  • Your 3D eCover Design Choice From Available Styles:
  • Title of Book:
  • Author Name ( if you would like one included ):
  • Any Stock Images You Have Purchased and Wish Included: please either send download link(s) or attach them to your email
  • Additional Info and/or Design Specifications: ( i.e. – specific colors to be used, fonts, image samples you prefer or would like, etc. — if you know what you want precisely )
  • Anything Else You Can Possibly Think Of Not Listed Above:



You will hear back from one of the team members within approximately 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday thru Friday – 9am to 5pm E.S.T.) after we receive the above information. Please be sure to send everything listed above as soon as possible so that your project can be completed in a timely manner. Without the above elements, we cannot begin work on our end.

Once you have sent all necessary design specification information to us, we will begin our design process. When we have a layout sample ready for you to review, which should reach you within 3 to 5 Business Days, depending on how many clients are being serviced at the moment, someone from our design team will send you a sample .JPEG file made from your eCover layout design for you to review, in both 2D and 3D form(s).

When you are satisfied with the design layout, and you send a response email informing us that you are happy, we will then send you all files directly to your email address you provided in your initial communication/response email. Or, if the files are too large, we will set up a secure, private Dropbox folder and add all your files within so that you can download these at your own leisure. With the Dropbox folder option, a separate “invitation link” email will be sent to your email address along with instructions on what to do.

This will either come to you as email attachments or direct download links via Dropbox as explained above, dependent upon how large all the completed file sizes are.


** Important Note ** – While you are a valued client, you are among many individuals/companies we are currently servicing. Sending your required elements stated above as soon as possible puts you higher on the list of projects to be completed. It is imperative that you send these quickly to secure your position as we work on a “First Come, First Served” basis. It is important that you, as our valued client understand this.
