To ensure that your ebook or special report project details are received in a timely manner and we can begin work, please send a direct email message to us at : and we will be sure to get right back to you as soon as possible.


You MUST Send the Following Information in Your Response Email:

  • Author and/or Company Name:
  • Website Link(s)/URL(s) To Include:
  • Email Address To Include (if needed):
  • Contact Phone Number To Include (if needed):
  • Any Stock Images You Would Like Added: please provide either a link to those or attach them to your email
  • Any Design/Layout Ideas You Might Have:
  • Additional Info and/or Design Specifications: ( i.e. – specific colors to be used, fonts, spacing, etc. — if you know what you want precisely )
  • Your Ebook/Special Report/Contents In Editable Format As An Email Attachment ( this can be any of the following: Word .doc, OpenOffice Writer .odt, .rtf, or plain .txt )
  • If Applicable, Please Also Attach or Include A Download Link For Any Pre-Made Graphics, eCover(s), or Stock Photos/Images You Wish To Be Included Within Your Design



You will hear back from one of the team members within approximately 72 hours time during regular business hours (Monday thru Friday – 9am to 5 pm E.S.T.) after we receive the above information to alert you that we have received everything and work will promptly begin.

Please be sure to send everything listed above as soon as possible so that your project can be completed in a timely manner. Without the above elements, we cannot begin work on our end.

Once you have sent all necessary files and design specification information to us, we will begin our design/redesign process. When we have a layout sample ready for you to review, which should reach you within 3 to 30 Business Days, depending on

1.) The Size of Your Ebook, and

2.) How many clients are being serviced at the moment,


Someone from our design team will send you a sample PDF file made from your ebook layout design for you to review.

When you are satisfied with the design/redesign layout, and Ecover Design, you will need to send a response email informing us that you are happy.

Afterwards, we will then send you all files directly to your email address you provided in your initial communication/response email. Or, one of our team members will set up a secure, private Dropbox folder where you can download everything at your own leisure. The Dropbox method will require us to send you a special “invitation link” email, which will come to your email address you’ve provided us with separately. Instructions on what to do will be included with this invitation email.

All of your completed files will either come to you as email attachments or direct download links via Dropbox, dependent upon how large the completed file size is, as explained above.


** Important Note ** – While you are a valued client, you are among many individuals/companies we are currently servicing. Sending your required elements stated above as soon as possible puts you higher on the list of projects to be completed. It is imperative that you send these quickly to secure your position as we work on a “First Come, First Served” basis. It is important that you, as our valued client understand this.
